The hotel location was great and the bungalow overwater where awesome. The breakfast was really good and the service was top notch

No entertainment. Not much to do in the evening. The pool tables are old and need upgrading especially forbade rating of this hotel . Need to have music atvthe bar or some tome.of entertainment at Night . Movie on the beach, games in the bar, live band ,

The facility was updated and in good condition. Setting was amazing but the offers of free use of kayaks, canoe, paddle board and especially snorkeling equipment made our vacation better and way easier. Daily free cultural activities were appreciated and well done. Food was amazing.

Getting to/from the airport was more expensive than we expected considering the distances involved. Limited places to dine out side of the resort-- although resort options were very good.

The check in experience was aweful, we arrived at 8am because of our early flight and we had to wait on the lobby with a one year old baby. Check in time until 3pm is too much, or at least theyve couldve offer like a voucher or something to go eat in wait like Ive seen on others resorts plus on of the server wasnt nice with us

Amazing bungalow on the beach. Such a beautiful place. We could arrive earlier and leave later which was great to make the most of the resort! Thanks for everything
