fantastic pool, ambience, general feel. lovely breakfast sent to the room every morning

We loved everything about SantAnna. Our room was modern and comfy, and our terrace/balcony was lovely. Bonus points for the amount of space we had, as we stayed for an extended period of time (10 days) but never felt cramped at all - as we often have done in other hotels! The service was also incredible, with Iliana on reception being incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to her, and Vaggelis always looking after us at the pool/bar. Vaggelis' cocktails were always tasty and he makes the best iced coffees. Just like the rest of the hotel, the pool area was always so clean and tidy and spacious, and a lovely place to relax. SantAnna's location was great with a view of the sea and sunrise, with the island of Anafi in the distance. Everyone talks about Santorini sunsets, but you're probably out walking/eating dinner while watching the sunsets anyway - having sunrise from your room like this is amazing. SantAnna is conveniently located very near to the centre of Imerovigli, so was just a couple of minutes walk to the caldera path and maybe 10 minutes to the main area of restaurants. This means it's really quiet and calm because it's not immediately on the caldera - so no one walking past really close and nosing into your balcony/pool area! There was also loads of parking space for our car, which meant we could get out and explore the island whenever we wanted to and know we always had a space to come back to. Last but not least, the breakfast! This was incredible! We had a lovely variety of great quality food every morning, and eating breakfast on our terrace in the sun was the best start each day. We asked to change our breakfast time quite often as we had different plans on different days, but the team were always really accommodating with this, and it came right on time every day :) Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

Some little details related to the bathroom faucets (not well fixed and hard to use in some cases). The view is only available for the rooms on the second floor.

The two girls at reception were super nice

We expected a luxurious hotel but its definitely not it.. the pool area is nice but the room is very weirdly decorated. The reception looks like a hostel reception. Breakfast was definitely not luxurious. We thought it was owned by santanna Mykonos but its not (logo is the same)

We loved our stay at SantAnna! Our honeymoon suite was gorgeous and the entire property itself felt very luxurious. The daily breakfasts were beyond our expectations. The customer service at this hotel is the thing that makes it stand out. The staff were all wonderful. Vaggelis especially went above and beyond for us even after we checked out and were waiting for our ferry. We cant recommend this place enough and were so satisfied we chose to stay here for our honeymoon.

Our suite pool was quite cold as it did not see much sun throughout the day but considering we stayed in October this was to be expected.

Everything was great. Just wished the pool was heated but a great stay nonetheless.
