Good location, subway station is 300 metres away. Nice restaurant next door. Supermarkets nearby.
Not all receptionists know English which is a problem in the city: stores, restaurants, subway stations. One comment in general, not directly for the hotel: Sightseeing bus is very strange, much more expensive than in Tokyo, badly organised.

The location is ideal, close to lots of train stations and convenience stores. The staff is super helpful, spoke English and were eager to do anything to accommodate us during our stay, and send our luggage to our next hotel.
Its just across the street from a fire station, so I wouldnt recommend this place to a light sleeper, as the sirens come and go off all night. I didnt have any trouble sleeping, but the sirens made a lot of noise.
The location is quite good as the journey time to Umeda from Hotel is just few minutes. The lobby provide free coffee bag, tea bag and other washing equipment when you need.
The room is too small that cannot open the gip, the humidifier has the smell of smoke. The pillow is extremely not comfortable that make me headache, suggest to provide soft and hard one for us to select. The comforter is also too hot and rough inside

The staff were wonderful and the room facilities quite enogh for short stay. Recommended for couples.
