The property is clean with great workout facilities and hot tub! Comfortable beds and convenient to Bellevue downtown.
The TV had trouble connecting at times.

I enjoyed the housekeeping staff - they were very kind and considerate. The free breakfasts were wonderful, although I wish there were more healthy options.
I contacted the hotel via email when I first booked the room in October (2024) to inquire about potentially arriving an hour early, as the stated check-in was for 4 pm, when most establishments allow for a 3 pm check-in. They did not respond to me until days before my stay (May 2025) to tell me "no". I was fine with being told that I could not get in early, but I found that they took so long to get back to me unacceptable. I know that my initial email was received at the time it was sent, as I received a confirmation email. The delayed response made me feel like the hotel only cared about getting the money for my stay, but not for me as a consumer.
The restaurant food was very good. Atmosphere was also nice throughout the hotel.
The suites are big and comfortable. The staff seem pretty reasonable. No big complaints on the stay in that regard. It seems to be clean and the breakfast selection is enough.
I have stayed here multiple times and they always seem to have some IT problem at the front desk. Last time, I thought it just happens, but this is the second time I was there in 6 months and it was the same issue.
