Good value for the money. Better than a motel. Clean and decent bed/shower.
Location was good.
TV remotes did not work, security lights in front of windows “BRIGHT” hard time sleeping beds
Friendly staff and room size. Pool access for family.
Bathroom outdated. Lots of traffic noise and two night marijuana smells at 3am. I’ve machine was only working on 3rd floor.

Dear Radisson Group, Country Inn and Suites, West Valley, UT.., today (2 May 2025) reservation number: 4721028005, when I checked to the mentioned hotel, I was assigned room 305. When we walked in the room, there was a large wet spot that had a strong smell of vomit on the carpet. There was even evidence of vomit remnants on the floor. We had been assigned a room that had not been disinfected, was non hygienic and was not in condition to receive guests. The whole room had a terrible smell. I was charged $50 to change rooms, since there were no rooms like the one, we reserved. It was their solution to charge us $50 and assign us different room which seemed to us to be unfair arbitrary. regardless of room availability. I feel this treatment was unprofessional, especially because the room 305 most likely could be the source of disease contamination. I request a refund of the $50. The above action by management was not professional. I am happy to discuss further with management. My contact information is below. I have written emails to your hotel; the Radisson Group and I will write reviews indicating the unprofessional attitude of the Country Inn and Suites Management group until this issue is resolved.
