The bed pillows were so soft! The shower was large. There were a couple of good options for grab and go breakfast in the cooler, such as fruit.
I'm pretty sure I was given the wrong type of room at check-in, but since I didn't book direct, it was difficult to determine myself, and I was not going to argue. The ice machine on my floor was broken the entire trip. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and had a rather ugly pillow. The table only had enough room for one person to eat. The sliding door for the bathroom constantly tried to come off track when I closed it. There was no coffee in the room, though instructions were provided for brewing it. I was not made aware of a closer elevator to my room. We discovered it on our own. The valet on duty at arrival was nearly rude when I was trying to get directions for where we could park. I gave up because he wasn't listening to me after I said I did not want valet parking so we went with valet parking for the first night just so we could get to our room after traveling so far. By the way, valet parking is in a small gravel lot behind the hotel. The next day, we moved to paid parking by the Chase bank. If you use their parking over the weekend, you can scan your parking ticket at the pedestrian door next to the bank to get to the parking garage by stairs only. The hub lobby is locked on weekends. One of the lights often pulsated when we returned to the room. The grab and go breakfast was often incorrectly labeled. For instance, there is no chorizo in the burrito one day or no cheese another day. You had to use your key card to get the elevator to go up, which seemed excessive and odd. At check-in, we again asked about parking and were told to ask the valet. The handy cap buttons to open the lobby doors were horribly placed. The outside one was behind the valet stand. The one between doors was okay, but the one from the inside was significantly out of the way off to the far left of the doors.
Location! In the heart of the Rino (River North) Art District, staff was wonderful, immaculate room, lobby, grounds, easy access to light rail (airport, downtown), plenty of cool food/beverage choices in easy walking distance!
Nada!
Staff were great in every encounter
The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Didn't get to sleep until 4 am. You should refund a portion of my payment!
Super friendly staff, beautiful building and excellent rooms - the bed was extremely comfortable, shower was wonderful and we felt like we had loads of space. The ground floor cafe is superb (one of the tastiest breakfasts of our three week trip!). Itβs nice to be able to walk easily to great restaurants, bars and shops, and itβs a quick drive to attractions like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

Nothing, we were denied service on arrival.
Everything!
The location was convenient to the concert venue and our favorite restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the decor.
I didnβt like that parking was $52 a night when I thought it was included. Also there was no ice on our floor both days. The complimentary breakfast was ok but it wasnβt explained clearly what was included. We were told we could have an egg,ham and cheese croissant sandwich included only but I heard other guests being told there were cold options like fruit etc in the fridge. It was confusing that there was no lobby/front desk but I understand theyβre trying to make it feel like a home, but in that case I feel like the things around should be included so itβs not so confusing.
