The outlet in front is almost abandoned.

Amazing hotel with everything thinkable in it but it shows the lack of a sponsor (hard rock) my amazing suite with a view had a broken sunbed and the coffee machine was missing, we ask again and again for 3 whole days, the blanket also asked took 2 days to arrive.

location one way on the street to the right has no exit the left side goes to an avenue with fast traffic bridges with fast food and groceries on the other side, there is a pedestrian bridge 50 mts to the right in front of a bus stop, but one night a waitress from the bar in the mall in front the hotel came back crying because she was mug at gunpoint 10pm aprox

The staff were excellent, from the staff greeting us, the doorman, the checkin agent, the bar and restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food and drinks were exceptional, the room beautiful with wonderful views. Armando, the DJ, we welcomed us to the bar and gave us a tour of the rooftop and lounge area. The front desk clerk went out of his way to help us find transportation and a restaurant for our anniversary. The doorman walked us to the grocery store nearby to shop for items for our room. The wait and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant delicious, the free breakfast buffet was amazing. Thank you everyone, we definitely enjoyed our time there and will come back again.
