Clean and welcoming

Breakfast was fine - plenty of options to suit us. Staff were pleasant and facilitated a room move with a smile Clean room

Location was further out from the city than we thought. Not many places for us to eat, but found an excellent Italian restaurant about 1.5 kms away We had to move from our booked room as it fronted the main road which was exceptionally busy and noisy.

Food that should be warm/hot was cold

Nothing

It was the only one available to us as we were bumbed from the one booked.

Way out of town. Seriously overpriced due to heavy demand. Area ok but close to drug area and limited eating/ pub opps.

Room, and cruise parking, shuttle to cruise port

No shuttle pick up after cruise

The staff were very helpful

Buckets in the corridor collecting water dripping from the roof we were kept awake by noisy neighbours in the next room
