Easy to find, good underground parking on 3 levels. Friendly staff, room was good and the breakfast was good even for this vegetarian family.
Slight confusion when we parked as we weren't told we needed a key card to gain entry. No biggie.
Shuttle to cruise terminal, hotel as clean and there were eating options within walking distance
We liked the location with shops nearby. Bus stop to down town Vancouver was very near to hotel. A Landry to self wash our clothes was great especially after we had done a cruise. The breakfast buffet was fairly good with several pastry choices as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It seems in hotels in the U.S. And Canada that they mainly cater for coffee drinkers with only a coffee making machine available and no kettle available for tea drinkers.
View room was looking at a dismal neighborhood. The map made it look like there may be a water view.
The property was lean and the staff were exceptional. They began our stay with a lovely introduction. We were upgraded to a lovely large room and it was an excellent beginning to our vacation. The fact that they offered transportation was the main reason we booked with them but it was just the beginning.
The only issue we had with the property was the bathtub. It was very dangerous and for a short person it was hard to get in. They also need to supply rubber mats for the tub since it was so slippery
Good for the value of the stay
Very basic...nothing exciting.
Not much variety and fresh produce...I.e. fruit.
Pretty decent lobby and spacious rooms. Breakfast was decent.
Parking was a maze, I guess that is true for most of Vancouver. Flooring in the room could have been better cleaned.
