The hotel overcharged me by hundreds of dollars and will not return any of my phone calls or emails.

Excellent room size especially for NYC. Polite, courteous staff. Bar and restaurant area was good, if on the expensive side.

No pool/spa facilities. Room service finishes at 10:30PM - not 5 star hotel service.

Room is a little bit old and not maintain good enough. My room was in 15 floor and the shower's water pressure was not enough. I even cannot wash my hair.

I tried to change the date of the reservation through Booking.com app and didn't work because it was bugged. I called Booking.com and was told to call the hotel. I called the hotel and they were rude and said that only Booking.com could do it. I called again Booking.com and was told that only the hotel could. I end up paying almost $1,000 penalty and couldn't change my reservation. Was a loyal user of Booking.com. Not using it anymore.
