Close to attractions

Our experience was more of a 1 or 2 star hotel. This has left a terrible taste in my mouth and you will have to pay me to stay at a Marriott hotel again. I’ve never seen so many angry customers in a lobby, because there was no rooms ready by check in. All the front desk staff said was that “they were very sorry for the inconvenience” and offered free parking($22) which is ridiculous to start since parking is terrible anyway. They also waived our $5 resort fee but had to downgrade our room to give us that option. So I ended up paying $160 for 1 night, downgraded room that smelled like feet and free parking on the other side of the hotel from our room. Don’t worry we walked all the way to the front of the hotel to be able to use a working elevator.

The spas were not working

Place was close to everything and good access to the highway.

Parking fee was a bit much at $22.00/night. The charges were not explained clearly by the staff. Continually charging $1 to my card. Stayed an additional night and paid outright and was charged the whole amount again which was already “held” on another card. Too much of a hassle for a vacation.
