Best Western Leigh Park Hotel

The hotel was good, from the room, staff to the food. Especially the breakfast manager Cindy was very helpful with everything. Only dislike was the orange juice at breakfast. It was like cordial. Also we asked for a room clean, to find when we got back it wasn't done & we had to ask for more toiletries.

Staff very friendly. Food tasty and plentiful. Room extremely comfortable

Excellent location. Good size room and bathroom

Room was cold, bathroom was freezing. Draught from window. Heated towel not switched on, when ,we realised, and switched it on nothing happened. Bring reception from room, no,answer, had to go,into hotel Tried to find member of staff, no one at reception, had to wander into bar, no staff there and had to ring bell. Staff appeared, came to,check and bought heater. Leg was hanging off the heater, not stable. Breakfast very basic.. the continental,should be priced separately, as £12.50 if your not eating anything cooked is way too expensive.
