The hotel was a terrible disappointment. The staff was the opposite of accommodating and helpful. There were roaches in my room and the staff was not concerned. The food was awful. First vacation to ever LOSE weight because of not eating. Do not go here!
Beach was beautiful
The room was clean, the area was beautiful and wasn't crowded. We really enjoyed the time there.
You need to make dinner reservations as quickly as possible. During this time of year they have limited slots open.

It rained alot and there were some spots of water puddles that were safety hazards. Otherwise no complaints.
I visited Paradisus way before covid and I booked there during covid but it was closed and they automatically booked me for circles which was not that great plus I was not told in advance that they were rerouting people there. I think Paradisus have new workers that does not know how to deliver the GREAT customer service that the old employees used to deliver in the past.
So I literally was on my way to Sineris to check out there aqua park with my son and my niece but since last time I was in Punta Cana Paradisus was closed. I literally drove to the security and asked if it was open and the gentleman at the gate said yes but you need a reservation. I went right to my booking app and made a reservation for 4. When I got there mind you it was like 10pm and we just had a long day coming from Santo Domingo to check out Katmandu. The gentle man at the front desk told that I had a room for 3 adults, I said no incorrect and I showed him my booking app reservation, and clearly said 2 adults and 2 children with the ages of the children. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating at first. He told that they were checking for a room and that it will take 5 minutes, then he said they were preparing the room and fixing the sofa bed for the kids. All that was understandable since my reservation differs from what they could see on their end. He then offered us a welcome drink which was passion juice. I sensed that there was some issues with my accommodation and went up to check and he said that it would be a few more minutes, we were tired and getting a bit cranky. He then came and told me that they would have to take a hold of $104 because booking made a mistake, which was fine cause I was too tired to care. Finally the room was ready and when we went up none of our keys worked and it was just one bed and no sofa bed was made. I went downstairs and they told me to wait and they will fix the issue about minutes went by and I was told that housekeeping was going to bring a pull out bed to the room. Since I was already in the room I new that that was not going to work. At this point I was fed up and just asked for my money back. Let me just add that I unfortunately did not catch the gentleman's name but he was very nice and tried to accommodate us the entire time the best that he could the manager was the issue.

The best thing about the resort was the spa. Those women are amazing. The spa and the food are good and the rooms are comfy.
When I arrived I was told that since I didn't have the credit card I had reserved my stay with, I needed to book it again. So the booking I did before hand was a waste of time. You have to take into account that this is not a cheap hotel. I was lucky my cousin lent me the money over there but otherwise I would have been left literally in the streets. Then, the people at the lobby made multiple mistakes with the information they were giving me. It was just frustrating. I was later told that due to the inconvenience I might be able to check out later but when the day came, the room I was in was already booked for other guests. On top of that, I didn't have running water one morning and, I had to call 3 times in the same evening to remind the person to send drinking water to my room. I wanted for hours for it.
