There is no basin in the bathroom. Noisy neighbors. Receive chocolate, milk, and a packet of chips but nothing on the second day

Big and comfortable bed! Everyday they do room cleaning. Ample space for parking.. Accesible location and affordable price they offer. They have a small kitchen and provides iron, hair dryer etc

The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We liked being at the end as we only had I neighbour. Parking was great, we got a park under a light at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and sorted out our problems the next morning.

We hated not having a vanity in the bathroom to wash our hands, clean our teeth and have a shave in. The vanity was in the kitchen and having to clean your teeth and wash your dishes in the same thing was YUCK and very un hygienic. The heat pump didn't work the first night so we slept in a cold unit and the TV wouldn't turn back to the TV channels. It was stuck on Netflix from the previous people. The microwave nearly ended up being thrown out the window as my husband had a hell of a job to set it for heating our porridge each morning. Very frustrating.

Good place to stay, like the little in room snackies given to us.

It appears there are people living here in social housing, I felt unsafe the amount of men hanging around the carpark

I didn't like that there was no sky, which I missed at time of booking. I normally book motel room with sky tv
