The staff was very friendly, they sell timeshares, but they weren't pushy which was great! The room was very accommodating, they even had basketball courts for the kids and a game room (even tho they didn't go to the game room), the price was great, you get a lot for your money, will definitely stay here again when visiting Branson!!
I had no complaints!
Every thing was perfect
N/a
Didn’t have breakfast
Didn’t have enough cookware
My family love Westgate. Resort definitely kept them busy.
The property was expansive and beautiful. All it claims
The bed needs to be better!!! The walls are thin.
The convenience of everything! We were close to the pool and marketplace which was really nice!
I understand there’s a lot of rooms to be cleaned, but our bathroom and some of the furniture weren’t cleaned very well. The pack and play we borrowed had chips all in it and the drawers weren’t wiped out. Just little things, and we were able to wipe them out ourselves, no biggie! Another small note, the indoor pool is said to be heated, it was SO cold! We just went to the jacuzzi outside, but felt bad doing that since we have two small children.
