The price and cleanliness.
Above our room was a construction project from early morning all day so we couldn’t relax after being up late in night time. The TV wasn’t connected, I asked for it but nobody showed up to fix it. The towels were for two people, I asked for the Third guest but, never got it. The day of check out a fire alarm got on and forced everyone leaving the building by stairs from floor 11 with all suitcases despite my friend back problem and the pain in my knees. The desk agent had no idea about the alarm and said the manager will call me soon which never happened. Because of the construction’s noises I received a discount but, nothing about the rest. However I’m not happy with their services.
