Lighting
The rooms were very clean. That's the most important. The pillows were comfortable and a variety of types.
The air seemed either too cold or not cold enough. The breakfast could have been better and the attendant shut down the waffle maker and drinks at exactly 9:30 when people were still trying to get food and drinks. People who had to wait for a table because there were only 5 tables.

You liked that it was a hotel, not a motel! The room was spacious and clean and had refrigerator and microwave
I wasn’t crazy about the virtual check-in. The call kept dropping several times until somebody finally showed up in person to help me.
