Air conditioning was broken in our room

Couldn't get into the door and then keys didn't work the next day. Was woke up both mornings with things slamming in the hallway- was room service/cleaning rooms out..

Close to ball park

We used valet parking which was very convenient for us.

I had reserved 3 rooms in my name, my oldest sons name, and my middle sons name. We were not charged until we checked in or checked out. We asked that each room be put on their credit cards, not all three on mine. When we checked our statements in our email after we left, we noticed that all three rooms are charged to my Visa card. I will ask for a paper receipt from now on and make sure the correct card is charged.
