I LOVE MARGARITA HOTELS! GREAT STAFF , SHUTTLE , POOL, RESTAURANTS WHERE FANTASTIC!

Handle hanging off door on balcony never got fixed even after I called Pool chairs not so comfortable and not enough for all the guests

No welcome margarita, staff doesn't speak or understand English, room had mold all over it (I got sick), asked for extra towels (did not get them) phone did not work, pool is small, no activities at hotel, bar infested with bee's, don't waste your money!!

Nice place. Friendly staff. Good food.

Location. Food was good. Staff was helpful. Jimmy Buffett photos and music throughout the place.

No Wi-Fi in our room. Mold on the ceiling. Had to change rooms, was only given free breakfast for compensation.
