Breakfast was good,
Service so slow. Bathroom by pool not that clean. Pool service ran out of towels they were so thin. Also ran out of limes, how does MargaritaVille run out of limes?
The check in person gave us an upgrade to a suite for our 22nd anniversary.
The sliding door leading outside was broken and could not be locked. The room smelled horrible. We asked for a new room and the new room was literally 1/2 the size of the original room. It wasn't very clean although it did not smell as bad as the original. The pot smell was everywhere (pool, all grounds, and throughout the hotel). The happy hour was not happy in anyway and the bartender was incredibly inattentive to us and from what I could see it was to everyone. Honestly, for less money we moved to the Hyatt in the center of town and the experience was significantly better.
Everything was perfekt, only wrong season of the year.
It was a bit slow due to the season.
The food was good
Always running out of pool towels
Not really nothing tried to get dinner every thing is shut down there
See first answer I would not recommend it to anyone
Location good and restaurant food good
Lots of trash lying around pool and property . AC in room was set to 60 and never dropped before 84 , sofa bed in King Studio was so old and uncomfortable the springs would dig into it back and hips. There was no housekeeping over 3 days of staying there
The pools were nice
Staff was rude I felt rushed to check out even though they had a leak with the pool they still rushed me to check out
Everything
My favorite place to stay in Palm Springs
