Location, comfort
Tap and shower have too much water softener so it feels like I can’t get soap washed off. A/c wouldn’t go below 68° and I couldn’t leave the sliding glass door open to get fresh air since we were put in a ground floor room. Pool was over chlorinated and outside doors were closed, making the air unbreathable for me. The water was a lovely temperature though.
Very clean and great hospitality at the restaurant
We very much wanted a bay view room for our second visit in June and were able to reserve one. I enjoyed the balcony and walking paths near the hotel.
Our visit was overall very good - no complaints.
It needs to be updated and the rooms could use to be painted
The location has beautiful bay views. The warm cookies on check-in helped calm me after the not-so pleasant check in.
Unfortunately, nearly everything could have been better. Hotel is dirty. Very few security cameras and none in the stairwells. Open resort property allows homeless to walk all around. The room, grounds and facilities are not clean or maintained (mold, rust, dust, spider webs, rodent traps inside hotel lobby, 4 of 5 toilets in women’s bathroom in lobby were too dirty to use). Paid extra for the balcony on the courtyard. It couldn’t fit a chair and the handrail left marks on my clothing. Dining chairs were ripped but $19 for a house cabernet and staff not attentive (order incorrect).
