The location was great.
Nothing in vending machine. Drink machine not working. No drinks available not even complimentary water.
The proximity to UNT
The room was dirty and wasn't cleaned until the day before we left. We had to go down to the front desk for towels twice because no one was coming to clean our room. The room cards stopped working on day 2 and has to be reprogramed. We were only given 1 key and had to call down for another one. We were never given the wifi password and had to call down for that as well.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is old and in need of slot of repair.
The room is really spacious and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud I loved it

The elevator was old and noisey. The air conditioner worked great but made a lot of noise. The mattress was dirty and stained with what looked like blood.
