In an amazing location, room was cozy and clean.

I dont think service was over the top amazing, room mirror and nightstand were inconveniently located.

Location was great, rooms were clean and spacious, staff was helpful, decent amenities. Would visit again.

Customizing the temperature within the room, or the hot tub, or the sauna is not possible. Temperature in all this remains a little too hot for my preference.

Perfect location, right on the famous pedestrian street. Breakfast is also good.

Fantastic central location and close to number 9 bus stop for airport and tours pick up and drop off. Great buffet breakfast, even though I hadn't booked with room, we had breakfast each morning there. Everything was lovely and clean and comfortable. With access to sauna and hot tube which was fantastic. Staff were so nice and helpful. We even got a little LG phone to use for local calls and google maps.

The bathroom tiny compared to room. Also, our room facec the road so very noisy.

Location and breakfast were really great. Room was really warm and cosy.

Staff kept telling us we didnt have breakfast booked every time we arrived for breakfast! It became quite frustrating. If you book all breakfasts on arrival there is a discount which we did book on arrival. Sea View Room does have a sea view but with a lot of I stables in the way such as buildings and cranes. The hot tub didnt work properly as it wouldnt bubble up. Housekeeping was very hot and miss eg emptied the bin but left cups and saucers unwashed and towels in a mess. Toilet in the lobby had bin overflowing with rubbish on checkout at 3am.
