Windows need blackout blinds.

Good location, close walk to ferry dock, and cafes and restaurants in Como. There is a parking space close by for $20/night . It is a little hard to park into because Italys streets are narrow. I suggest you park your car there and travel on foot, ferry, and other public transportation during your stay. Thats what we did.

We did not know how far Como was from other towns on the lake like Varenna and Bellagio. Only the slow ferries were operating during our days there, so took two hours to get there since there were many stops along the way. The room was big enough for us, but mattress is too firm for my liking. Our host, Federico was great. Communicated very well with us from the moment we booked our room. Very responsive if you have questions.

Wonderful space , the bed is large and shower is full size as well.

The room was clean but dusty.

The location was amazing, with in 2-5 minutes walk to everywhere! The room is clean and modern.

The room got very hot at night but the aircon wasnt working, we couldnt open the window because it is incredible noisy at times!
