Rooms were clean breakfast was good on the whole nice restaurants

I liked the endless towels and ample amount of restrooms. The property is beautiful.

The giant casino that you have to go through to get anywhere. Not exactly my idea of paradise. The massive amounts of people. You cant get a chair by any pool unless you go out at 6am and put your stuff on them. The buffet needs reservations to eat at for dinner. Kids 5 and under eat free is a lie. Theres only a couple of restaurants the allow this and even those, the wait staff can just deny if they want to.

Exceptional service, beautiful resort, amazing food. Everything you could want being single or for a family. So close to the airport as well.

Costs are high but you really get what you pay for here. If I called to ask for something it showed up at my room or a person came right away. Top of the line resort family experience.

Overpriced for such a terrible service. meanwhile the food was disgusting. You can only eat normally in some evening restaurants, which are difficult to get to and need to make an appointment

We enjoyed the property overall. The room and welcome was underwhelming having come from the Cove at Atlantis.

The value of the room. It was pretty standard and I expected more.
