Excellence Playa Mujeres excels in their levels of service, especially in their excellence club level. Their staff are efficient and friendly, and there is a lot of attention to detail. The food was delicious, and the rooms were well appointed.

We didn't like having to wait for service at the buffet (but we also realize that self serve buffets may be a thing of the past due to COVID). We also would have liked to be within walking distance of some sort of a community to explore.

Great staff, we felt like they catered to our every need. Food and the weather were fantastic. Felt very safe, and that the hotel did a great job with the COVID procedures.

You will not be pampered like this anywhere else! Guaranteed! Hotel employee at the martini bar makes amazing drinks with exceptionally quick service! Hotel employee at the sports bar is awesome (but quiet at first) Amazing guests to be met as well!!!

Only thing I can think of is the liquor. Not top shelf. We even upgraded to the excellence club swim out #9060. Still an $85 charge for Tito's. Drinks seem watered down except at martini bar and sports bar. Also, room interior could be updated to modern

Resort was very clean and all staff members wore face shields. Food was excellent, and most restaurants were open every night. Pools were cleaned throughout the day, and the beach was beautiful.

Amazing staff and grounds

The staff was absolutely amazing! Hotel employee in the EC service, hotel employee at Magna, hotel employee at Chez, hotel employee who assisted us when we arrived and departed and hotel employee during ourr stay. They made a conscious effort to go above and beyond.
