Not enough towels in the room

The location was great. The size of the room was also great. The balcony was amazing. We liked to spend time on the balcony in the evening when it was cooler. Also the staff was very friendly.

A kettle in the kitchen would have been nice. But we bought one and it was fine. Our main issue was with the shower head and shower door. We are used to a telephone shower head so this was an adjustment. And the shower door allowed for water to come out so we had to clean the ledge every time. But nothing is ever perfect. This is pretty close!

The staff was nice. The room was a good size. You get a living room, dining area and kitchen. Storage was convenient. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. The kitchen could use a microwave, but the toaster oven was convenient as well. They give complementary water that comes in nice glass bottles when you check-in. The Starbucks downstairs is very convenient.

The balcony would have been a good experience if it wasn't for the loud traffic. The traffic noise is all hours of the day and you can hear it even when the door is closed. They should have installed soundproof glass for the balcony doors. The washer/dryer unit in the room was not convenient because the dryer setting does not work and you have to go use the dryer down in the basement to dry clothes. There's only one dryer in the basement so this was extremely inconvenient. The rooftop pool experience was not enjoyable because of all the loud traffic and construction happening nearby. Just way too much noise pollution overall.
