The Palms Turks and Caicos

The Palms is located at perhaps the best portion of magnificent Grace Bay Beach. The amenities ... breakfast is great! ... are excellent, and the staff is friendly. Best way to improve is to 'refresh' somewhat dated rooms.

The rooms and some facilities visibly need to be 'refreshed' ... and an air-conditioned 'on campus' restaurant would be a very nice addition ... since 'Parallel 23' is left 'open', which results in some very 'muggy'/humid meals.

The hotel had beautiful manicured grounds. Welcoming atmosphere. The staff was accommodating and pleasant for the most part. Free breakfast every morning. The pool area was well kept and the bar staff were friendly. The beach was incredible.

Limited choices for lunch and dinner. Somewhat pricey as everything has added service charge and sales tax, but to be expected. Concierge staff could have been more cordial.

The pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, staffing. Winston plunge Bar was the kindest and welcoming! Janie Sweetney in the Breakfast Garden restaurant stole our hearts. She was so warm, welcoming , friendly and kindhearted EVERY DAY! Janie never ever change her beautiful personality! Clyde at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable! The welcome drink from the concierge was delicious! The concierge was nice

The room door lock was painfully hard to open and locked! The struggle was real daily!
