Wonderful location. Beautiful. In nature. 10 minute drive from town. Clean. Wonderful view. Lovely breakfast. Great staff.

Hot tub should be warmer. Beds a little firm. Manager said he would address both.

Nothing to remark. We had a great stay. Everything 10/10. Friendly staff, great food and excellent facilities

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel located in remote but beautiful area. There were only few guests without us, so we almost had all spa zone for us. Good breakfast.

More like 4* hotel. We ordered room package with couple massage, but the hotel only have 1 person working in spa. So basically we got two simple massages. Beds were too soft. No AC in the rooms.

The location is perfect, it was quiet and peaceful. We like the light features in the bedroom, the bed is also big enough and comfortable. The restaurant staff surprised me on my birthday during breakfast and gave us a small cake with candle, it was very thoughtful of them and made me feel really special. They have a nice parking lot, view from the room is nice, they also provided free coffee. Bathroom is spacious and has complete toiletry set. Staff speaks English, Czech and German and is always ready to assist us.

This property is located in an an isolated area with exceptional views. The staff are very friendly and speak English and German and are helpful in every way.

The restaurant in the hotel doesnt offer any vegan dishes and the vegetarian options are very limited. The prices in the restaurant are close to outrageous with an Aperol Spritz costing around 13,50 Euro and the food isnt good enough to justify the pricing. Its merely okay . But if you dont feel like driving into the city its the only option you have. So if money isnt an issue and youre not a vegetarian I can recommend this place but otherwise I would suggest a different hotel closer to the town of Karlvory Vary

The location was very beautiful in the nature. If you are looking for peace and quiet and not too far from the city, this is a great spot. The staff were very friendly and they ensured that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. They also offered us a service called Bolt that was easy to get back and forth to the city.

Facility was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great!
