Staff was very friendly
It was SO EXPENSIVE!
Location and proximity to airport
They charged me for parking and I had already paid for parking and when I called to have it resolved, no-one would help me and I never could get my money back. They also over charged me on the rate and I had to fight to get that back. Unfortunately I am out the parking money though.
I had already paid and the hotel held than I paid for 4 days. Very inconvenient. I was only there 6 hours.
We took a day trip & decided to book here. This location is cool. Everything was nice. Very clean organized! We liked the pool as well. We felt very welcomeed. Check in was easy & so was check out.
The tub wouldn’t drain out after we took a shower, had to physically hold so it could. The pool water was cold. We enjoyed it but not enough to be comfortable.
Staff were polite and super nice at the check in
The entire facility is old and unmaintained. The reception ceiling was leaking and dripping water all the time. The elevators were ok, but when we got to the room, it was horrible. It smelled of mold, the bathroom was very deteriorated, with leaks through the wallpaper, lots of spider webs in the upper corners, the air conditioning unit was very dirty... It's a good thing we only stayed for one night because we couldn't stand it. The unbearable smell of mold and the entire dirty and deteriorated environment were not worth the $269.00 we paid... It was the worst experience we've ever had in a hotel. We didn't even take a shower for fear of some contamination in the bathtub...
Good option if you need to stay close to the airport. The breakfast is also a nice plus — overall, a practical and convenient stay.
The hotel has slightly older facilities, but it offers good value for the price.
