The location was really good and close to metro. The place was very clean they cleand the room and changed the towels daily. Staff was kind and helpful

As the street was a bit crowded during the nights and the isolation was bad in the rooms there was too much loud but we were to tired to care

Great location being on a busy pedestrianised area with bars and restaurants however on the downside we did not account for the 6am delivery wagons to these businesses.

Our bedroom was supposed to be a superior double. For my wife’s 60th birthday. The room was small and extremely worn out looking. The bed was very hard and lumpy. The bathrooms shower was the original head and not really what you would expect from a 4 star property. The room had tea and coffee facilities but these were not replaced daily. Overall it was at least clean however we were glad to get back home to our bed and bathroom.

Location was great

The air conditioning wasn’t working for the whole stay and the hot water was broken on the last day so we couldn’t shower or wash our hair…unless we wanted a freezing shower which wasn’t an option for my mother who is in her 80s.

The location is excellent. The hotel needs some renovation, rugs are worn, climate control didn’t work and we didn’t have hot water one day. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very small for two people. I don’t know how this hotel is rated 4 stars!

Only positive thing was location.

Breakfast was very basic. Crossants hard and dry. The room looked nothing like pictures. I booked Junior suite. Curtains were broken on one side, air con wasn’t working. Very dusty rooms and stairways. Carpets very old.
