Everything. Very dirty hotel.
Front Desk, Tour Guide, and especially Housekeeping. Three Restaurants, Multiple Bars, and Starbucks.
Only couple nights Cold Water didn?t work in Shower, plus tub is very slippery. Water problem got corrected immediately.

This hotel experience was impeccable. The service was wonderful. The people that work there are fantastic and always willing to assist any need you have. Absolutely the best. We will go back to this very same place.

We bought the inclusive breakfast for $23 a day, thankfully, bc when they brought the check it would have been $72 which was a bit outrageous. The breakfast was very good with ample choices....but not worth $72
