The location was nice, and the breakfast choices were good and tasty and the stuff were helpful

However, the room was not clean, especially the bed sheets, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleaning lady mistakenly took my personal hair towel, and they could not find it.

The breakfast is too poor to satisfy our needs

It should have been a buffet breakfast, in fact it wired to make it in a menu

Location was amazing… we looked out directly onto the Empire State Building which had a light show every night.. the beds were so comfortable.. staff were super friendly and helpful

You have to pay an extra 40 dollars per person to use the pool which was disappointing as we were guests in the hotel

Location was great and was easy to get an Uber. Food choices around the area was nice. Area was safe. Gym was adequate. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the view from the room as well.

Check-in was the only downside. Took 5-10 minutes to check in.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our corner room on the 31st floor with ceiling to floor glass windows overlooking the city !! The bar on the 3rd floor had stunning views of the Empire State Building . Fully stocked bar (for your account so did t touch it !!) and great pod coffee in the morning !! The hotel driver drove us to the airport in a great and was great !

The check in was a little slow and I think the staff were tired . The food at the rooftop bar was just ok . The preselection of floors at the lift was a little confusing for other guests but otherwise a great stay .Ps complimentary water in room would have been great .

Fantastic location close to Empire State and easy to walk to lots of attractions and cafes
