Best room views of NYC
You pay for the views here! This hotel offers the best NYC views from your room! We had the view of the Empire State Building which was very impressive. The bathroom and shower was nice. The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly.
The price is quite expensive for one night and perhaps not all that worth especially if you're planning to go out and explore NYC (where you're spending most of your time outside the room!). The room is also very very small and tight. The location is also not the most ideal as it is further south of Manhattan, but still walkable to many attractions (20-25 min walk).

Location and view
Quite basic but clean and functional. Definitely not a 5* hotel. Staff at breakfast were pretty clueless- had to remind them for obvious things, like cutlery after they’d just brought food or a pen after they just brought the bill

The staff were rude, dismissive and overall acting as if they did not want to be there nor interact with the guests. There was no level of service. Further, when I arrived the receptionist charged my card additional fees without explaining what I was actually being charged for (given I'd prepaid for my booking) Extremely poor.
