Beautiful location, nice warm pools
Some maintenance while we were there but low season so fully understandable
Townhome was very run down and in dire need of updates.
Kitchen equipment and furniture ragged.
Rooms to fit our needs. Thanksgiving lunch at main restaurant was wonderful- plenty of choice and excellent quality Appreciated the rides from golf cart employees Our family enjoyed the pickle ball courts Weather was perfect The men in our family took a fishing excursion ( they caught fish!) and we all snorkeled
Main swimming pool small and crowded over Thanksgiving- adult pool empty! Not enough operable bikes
Loved the rooms access directly to the adult pool and quiet space.
Long black hair from prior guest not completely removed from bathroom.
Amazing amenities. Clean and amazing staff. I believe the manager Courtney? She didn’t realize it but we stopped in for dinner at the tiki restaurant and actually had another room at another hotel but her greeting and helpfulness made me want to get a room there for the last evening in the keys to experience the resort. They actually house some retired dolphins from the navy and you can watch them as they feed in the morning. The Lagos pools and hot tubs were all great and at night they have a massive bonfire pit to relax by while catching the warm sea breezes. Highly recommend!
Nothing it was spot on and definitely worth the money paid.
