Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe

Location. Close to casinos and the lake.

Bed could have been more comfortable/ bigger room.

Stayed here because it looked like compared to the motels in the area the $200+ price tag was going to be an upgrade from past motel stays I’ve had in the area, but honesty looks pretty in picture, but the only thing I liked in the end was that it had white sheets and the staff was absolutely friendly!

It felt like a motel, looked more updated but the foundation definitely needed work. The floor would creak. There was also a huge gap between the door and floor which didn’t help with retaining heat or keeping noise out. It definitely had thin walls and could hear the heating system from next door on all night or water being turned on from the floor above. I wouldn’t complain if the noise was faint, but no it was quite obnoxious and in your face. Also included microwave but it was broken. I have stayed at other locations in Tahoe for the same price range that have definitely been worth it, but I booked very last minute and there was an event going on so I guess it was my karma. If I was in the same situation again in the future I would just pay a motel as the white sheets didn’t outweigh the fact it felt like just another motel. Also the location was good but again there were motels in the same area I had seen so again it would have been pretty much the same for much less.

Everything was Great. Great staff. Friendly and polite. Asked for a late check out and was giving an extra hour to check out. Great location. We will definitely be back. Dog friendly
