We are happy that we paid for breakfast when we booked the room. In fact it was not breakfast buffet: it was luxury brunch served until noon. We had delicious brunch with starters, entrée, and drinks. Plenty choices. Room is big enough. Bathroom is spacious. Bed very comfortable. Location is a wow.
There is no slipper in the room. We called the front desk and it turned out there was no slipper provided at all.
This is a beautiful hotel with views of Lake Champlain. It is a five minute walk to the charming shops and restaurants of Church Street. The showers in the bathroom were exceptional and beds were comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

I liked this hotel Very much But the staffing in restaurant was terribly insufficient! It was a holiday weekend and we waited 1.5 hours to be seated for bfast and then another 30 mins at our table before a waitress appeared. The restaurant was not even full. They just had no staffing.

Kelly at the reception desk was fantastic. She was kind, caring, and very considerate of my needs. The Jazz band was great and the reception area was very relaxing.
There was nothing I did not like!
