Days Inn by Wyndham Apple Valley Sevierville

Floors were sticky in the bath area, some of the lights didn't work, soap for I personally only, there were two of us. The first night we had drinks and food in the refrigerator. When we came back for our second night our things in the fridge were thrown away. They charged me a $60.00 over top of the hotel price supposed to be refunded. I trusted them. It's been over a week since we checked out and still no refund which they say they refunded but my bank has not received it. The manager is never there to talk to and it doesn't matter what time you call, they say he isn't there. It was a horrible two nights. The alarm didn't work, the lights, only half of them worked. I'm at my wits end trying to get my money refunded. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again because of this and sure won't recommend anyone else to. Oh, and no table in the room or desk where if you wanted to use your laptop or write a message, you couldn't. We were there August 2-4. Left the 4th.

The breakfast was ok. They had 3 different types of oatmeal and 3 different cold cereals. They had muffins, bagels, toast, Belgian waffles and 4 different juices, coffee, and tea to drink. Breakfast was served from 7-10 which was nice. The location of the hotel was really good it was located about within 15 minutes of all the things we wanted to do and plenty of food options close by.

The elevator, and the breakfast were both a big plus for me. I have trouble with stairs. I only went to the breakfast once, but it was very well stocked and organized in an efficient way.

The parking was a little crowded, and the fan for the AC didn't blow very hard. But the room was cool by the time evening came.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The pool area has an outdoor fire pit, it added a nice touch to the evening.

The breakfast could have had some eggs and fruit.

The breakfast claim was totally misleading. They called it a continental breakfast yet the only protein that was available was a peanut butter packet. Other than that, it was a carbohydrates fest with cereal, bagels, and toast.
