Amazing views! Exceptional staff! Everyone was so inviting and friendly! The restaurants have delicious food and drinks
I couldn’t stay longer
Fantastic property. Lots of fun pool activities/locations. Very cool lobby area. Comfortable room/bed. Very friendly housecleaning crews. Adult-only pool area for some relaxing quiet time. Snorkel rentals, and beach chair/umbrella rentals.
Had a less than ideal exchange with staff at the front desk. My wife asked for a quiet space to take a work call for about an hour. The staff were rude and were initially unwilling to accommodate, but eventually allowed her to use a day room, but said they were making a one-time exception. Quite disappointed by this.
The outdoor pools were fantastic. You can't beat the location as it is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Food and drink were also very good. Also having a hospitality room the day of our check out helped to extend our stay.
It was all great.
The facilities were great and felt larger than expected, with a lot of different areas to lounge and swim in making it easier to spend days on the resort without getting bored. Plenty of food options with excellent service.
Cleanliness - My husband and I had upgraded to stay at the HOKUPA'A with private Lanai access and upon arrival, there was a dirty tampon in our shower, press on nails on our balcony and unused drink tickets from the previous guest shoved in our coffee area, which truly floored us. When paying 1.5K+ a night for these rooms we expected nothing less than pristine and were disappointed with a measly $200 "housekeeping" credit.
