Nothing.
Absolutely nothing!
Dirty carpets, stained pillows, uncooperative staff, dings in the furniture, long holds on the phone.
This hotel is so close to everything in downtown Chicago.
My room was on floor 14 and the constant honking and sirens all night made it difficult to sleep but that wasn’t the hotels fault.
The location is great, the room is big and clean.
The pool is really small.
The location is excellent. It is near the entrance/exit of the subway and easily accessible from the airport if you us the transit system. Nick at the front desk was this places saving grace. Thank you for all you did.
To start they had one person working the desk during check in. We arrived after 3 and the line was wrapping through the lobby. It only got longer as Nick worked quickly to get everyone through. The keys to our room had to be reset 3 times because they wouldn't work. Then we had to throw out our food because the fridge was not on consistently. Additionally sleep was never achieved due to the almost constant emergency vehicles and sirens through the night.
