The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff, for the most part, was pretty friendly. The room was very nice and modern, as well.

The air conditioning situation as a nightmare. Our first room had an A/C that did not work at all. The room wouldn't cool below 25 C. After going back and forth with the front desk for awhile, they finally budged and gave us a new room. The A/C in the new room was better, but still did not cool enough for us to be comfortable. I had to sleep without covers or clothing. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The 'queen' bed was two 'twin' beds put together - my husbands side was nice and firm, my side sunk in the middle and creaked super bad.

Too close a buildlings nearby.

Very close to the airport, perfect for our early morning flight! We enjoyed the last few hours in Mallorca on the beach which was only a 3 min walk from the hotel. Great location! There were also some performances happening in the evening which were great. They have a ping pong table next to the pool too :)

The room was okay, not super modern. We left the hotel before breakfast was served so that was a bit sad!

Location (to the beach/boulevard and highway), F&B service, quality and options of breakfast and dinner (all you can eat) value for money. Daytime reception service. Rain shower. Onsite parking space.

Fee to be paid to use the in room locker safe. (Why?) Entertainment (low engagement of the hotel guests, more promotion to be done, unless it's not part of the main hotel focus points, reference: end of May 2024)
