room was dated, and had a musky smell
Nothing!!!There was blood near the elevator from a fight, police was every. The next day the bar was closed, no real explanation as ro why, so no complimentary happy hour. I contacted Hilton, because I'm a member and I expected the same Embassy Suites experience as my other stays, I was told the manager would contact me within 3 days, he or she did not.
Breakfast was great. Location was good.
The indoor pool was cold and unusable. The kids could not swim which was the only reason we chose this location.
Staff was nice
Ice cold pool. Most of the room had an issue. My refrigerator didn’t work
Happy hour was great ,breakfast was good , the room size was excellent
The parking under the hotel was not well lit and the water that was lying in there was too much it overall didn't feel very secure The decor needed a bit of an update
