The garden area is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. We missed breakfast because we slept in and they invited us to coffee and chocolate milk for the kids anyway. Super nice! The room was nothing to write home about and full of bunk beds (something the kids loved), but it was clean, had front door parking and, most importantly, AC worked well (and much appreciated given how hot it is in August), and the shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Location was also perfect for our visit to Chulilla as it is just 11km away.

if I had to suggest something, it would be that the rooms could use an update.

We arrived on the night of our confirmed stay just inside the agreed check in window of 18.00 to 19.00 but we were told that the hotel was closed for season and we would have to drive another half hour to the nearest hostel (not a hotel) were they assured us we would get a room. We did the drive and we did get a room but it was very tiring drive to the hostel who did not have any food available. Is this the sort of service you supply, Booking. com?
