Close to the port and spacious room
AC was loud in the room and couldn't sleep.

The location was excellent. Close to Cocoa Beach Pier and Kennedy Space Center.
The only thing we didn't like was that the room wasn't cleaned or the bed made every day, and the little trash cans filled up quickly..
We were very please with the cleanliness of our room. The breakfast was very impressive with lots of variety. We took a shuttle from the hotel to the port and back again. The shuttle was on time taking us and picking us up from the port. We were grateful we were able to leave our car at the hotel while we were away on a cruise.
The woman front desk staff member was rude and disrespectful. We only discovered that free bottled water was available after another staff employee explained it to a different guest. She was impatient and impolite.
