We arrived at this hotel with high hopes for our honeymoon, expecting a luxurious experience for the significant amount we paid. Unfortunately, our reality was far from what we anticipated. This establishment barely deserves a two-star rating, and the staff's performance has left us disappointed in several ways: The bedding was disconcertingly dirty upon our arrival. The towels provided were not only filthy but also had disturbing stains. The condition of the room's sofas and the sunbeds by the pool was appalling, with visible tears and unsightly dirt. Our peaceful mornings were disrupted by noisy renovations starting at 7 am, making it impossible to enjoy a restful vacation. Regrettably, the hotel's response to our concerns was sorely lacking. When we complained about the noise and the cleanliness issues, the receptionist's response was a mere "I understand..." with no follow-up actions or solutions offered. Considering the subpar conditions and the unresponsive staff, we strongly advise fellow travelers to explore alternative options for their stay. This hotel has not met our expectations, and we believe there are far better places to enjoy a honeymoon or any vacation

The ocean view swim out pool rooms neither have an ocean view, nor a pool that allows for swimming. The pool is tiny and the view is of the back of the restaurant that is part of the hotel.

The service at the hotel restaurant was terribly slow, the waiters came back multiple times to ask for our order again an hour after we had already ordered. Even for a simple bottle of water the service was slow. The room wasnt very clean, even after we asked to clean the floor which was very sandy and dusty, it still wasnt very clean. After the first day we were only given one towel per person even after asking for more.

Hotel is located opposite the beach

We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite Ocean Front Swim Out room. This room is by no means 'deluxe' or 'Ocean front' or 'swim out'. The title is completely misleading. The reality is your back door opens onto a tiny tiny dip pool that is inches away from a road. The area outside your room is filthy. It is littered with rubbish and there is no-where to hang wet clothes. Cars, cycles and pedestrians constantly pass by your room - there is no privacy what so ever. Your immediate view is the back of the restaurant that has a very loud generator which is slightly balanced out by the banging music played on the beach occupied by the resort. If you stretch your neck and get your binoculars out - you might be lucky enough to get a tiny glimpse of the ocean. Of course we reported this to the reception desk on several occasions. The staff did not seem to care and actually blamed Booking.Com for the misrepresentation of the room details. They repeatedly told us their manager was busy and would reach out to us soon - who clearly never appeared. The main pool is small. The beach front is lovely but the loud music is hideous. Our room was nice but not very clean - the shower area was dark, old food from the previous guests was left in the fridge, the curtains were falling down and essential toiletries were in short supply. None of this strikes me as being 'deluxe'. Overall we were extremely disappointed with this hotel - and in particular how the staff managed the situation - i.e. by doing absolutely nothing! It is a very expensive hotel and definitely not worth the money. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Paradise! Hotel is in a great spot on the beach - quiet and with wider sand area, but still close to center (5-7 min walk). Staff is really helpful. Room, pool and beach area are nice. Gym is actually quite good - was positively surprised.

Bathroom is big, but could have better lights. swimming pool area needs more chairs/space. Be careful - We were charged for things we did not order, but was late so did not have time to get reimbursement.

everything was perfect I loved my room the pool of my room, the food was amazing, the treat of the workers was the best, and the beach was beautiful I love it.

I didn't like that my room wasn't in the beach it was in front of the street and then I have to walk a bit to get to the beach and they told me it was in the beach and another thing I didn't like is that the shower and the toilet didn't have light only out of the bathroom so I took my showers in the dark and I went to the bathroom in the dark too. But everything else was amazing tysm.
