I liked the location. It was close to work
I wanted to be checked in early, my room wasn’t available which was fine. I paid the Upgrade fee and checked in at 2pm. I didn’t like that my room wasn’t available which facing the Trump towers. My Girlfriend and I asked to be switched or wanted my money back, but was told by the front desk that wasn’t an option. So we spent an uncomfortable even with our blinds closed unable to enjoy our even and spent over $400 for one night in a room we couldn’t even enjoy.
Our room was right by the elevator and ice machine - very noisy. Also did not have the floor to ceiling windows with river view that I upgraded to. Usually love the London House. But this time the room was a big disappointment.
Location was really good, near the higlights of Chicago.
Some noises in the aisle and in the street, but no too much.
