Breakfast was limited to certain cuisine because of a large group of guests coming to the hotel associated with a rugby team.
Very clean and well kept. However, the bathroom should have an exhaust fan. The humidity in the bathroom during and after a shower is noticeable and causing mildew and cracks in the drywall.
The Hotel did not honor our original price. We paid $200.00 more than when we booked. I am concerned and hope this is not a common practice.

Mattress was much too firm for me. I like a pillow top style.

The staff checking us in was uninterested in doing so. The staff in the breakfast area was very helpful and kind.
Terrible check-in experience. Paid with my card, in my name in full and had an email verification in my name. Almost could not get checked in. Was told I needed to get my husband on the phone because we shared the email that the confirmation went to. I had the credit card( that I paid in full with)and confirmation both in my name , provided them and was still given a hard time. Not how a customer should be treated after a long day. Check-in person clearly did not know what he was doing and was unprofessional.
