The staff were friendly and helpful. But the cutlery and plates were dirty when I was getting breakfast and the tomato had a hair.The bed was too firm and We had to leave a day early because my back was sore and I couldn't sleep with the bed being so uncomfortable. The hotel was very close to everything. I probably would stay somewhere else the next time. It a shame because the last time myself and husband stayed 5 years ago we were very happy with everything.

Staff were very nice and hotel was very clean the beds were very comfortable

There was poor signage from the Carl park to the hotel and there was a lot of heroin addicts in the streets around the hotel so we didn’t feel safe entering with all our bags etc and leaving the hotel to go into the city

Great location with a lovely view of the river. Very close to the train and bus station and shopping. Good breakfast and nice rooms.

Great location very clean helpful staff

Good bed, room and towels etc all clean.

It had a fair bit of traffic noise in the room.
