The springs is in a great location- secure. The majority of the staff understands 5 star pricing of this hotel. The view of the volcano is great. The rooms and grounds were nice.
The standard food and drink menus, prices and quality were bad. If you dont have a vehicle, they pretty much own you. A couple bad experiences we no longer ate at the resort and didnt try the finer dining restaurants.
