Sinks are designed for sparrows. The excessive charge for a two hour extra check out time is just excessive greed.

Horrible customer service and billing. I paid for both nights before trip. Got there and found out when we checked out that you only charged one night without saying anything. Then caused a huge scene when I said we paid both nights. Super embarrassing. This we will not come again. Very embarrassing. Definitely need to talk to management about this. This needs to change.
