Highly recommend this backpackers. We had a very enjoyable stay and the well- trained staff and hostess went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
Very nice facilities, pool, fish spa and beautiful garden. The staff is amazing and even accompanied me to the busstation to make sure i get on the right bus safely. They also offer a lot of activities for a good price. Beds have moskito-nets
No soap in the bathroom
Good location around 5 minutes drive from the park entrance. Clean, convenient kitchen, braai and bathroom facilities. Mosquito nets provided.
No card facilities for payment. A drinking water dispenser that guests can use at no additional cost would be a good investment.
Very good atmosphere, nice staff and guests, very clean
It is a bit outside of town and a little fast from the falls. Taxis are not (always) cheap. But it is a walkable distance. It would be great if they had bikes for rent.
The room was big enough and mosquito nets were in good condition, with a vent for the heat. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice vibe for backpackers. Staff is nice and Oli takes care of everything.
The toilet was tiny, like really really all in 1 sq meter tiny . It was enough though. There's mosquito nets on windows but not an actual way of closing those windows so it got cold at night. A bit pricey for a backpackers place but everything's expensive in Zim. Looks nicer on pics than it actually is, but I enjoyed my stay anyway.
My stay was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. the room was very clean and spacious, with comfortable bed.
there should be mosquito repellents in the rooms
Nice accommodation
Bad light in room
